Comprehensive assessment. Evidence-informed care. Personalised planning. This consultation provides a thorough evaluation to establish an accurate clinical understanding and initiate appropriate treatment. Consultation will include: Detailed case history covering symptoms, medical background, and lifestyle factors. Comprehensive physical assessment of posture, joint function, and movement patterns. Medical screening. Clear explanation of clinical findings and diagnosis. Individualised manual treatment tailored to your presentation. Education on condition management and contributing factors. Personalised rehabilitation plan with targeted exercises. Time for discussion, questions, and shared decision-making. Required for all new patients and for existing patients returning after more than four weeks for the same condition or presenting with a new concern.
Cancellation Policy
To help us provide high-quality and timely care, please take note of the following booking guidelines: All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system, phone, or in person. A valid email address and mobile number are required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment and receive reminders. Initial consultations are required for all new patients or if you have not been seen for the same condition in over four weeks. Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept EFTPOS, credit card, and private health insurance claims via HICAPS (where applicable). Patients attending under TAC, WorkSafe, DVA, NDIS, or Medicare CDM plans must ensure all relevant documentation and referrals are provided prior to treatment. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early for your appointment, especially if it is your first visit. By booking an appointment, you agree to our cancellation policy and acknowledge the responsibility to attend your scheduled time.
