Service Description
This session is designed for existing patients continuing treatment for a previously assessed condition. The focus is on monitoring progress, refining the treatment approach, and progressing your rehabilitation plan. What’s included: Review of symptoms and response to previous treatment Reassessment of relevant physical findings Manual therapy tailored to your current presentation Progression or adjustment of your exercise and rehab plan Time for questions, clarification, and education This appointment is suitable only if you’ve been seen within the past 4 weeks for the same issue. If your presentation has changed or it’s been longer than 4 weeks, please book an Initial Consultation.
Cancellation Policy
To help us provide high-quality and timely care, please take note of the following booking guidelines: All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system, phone, or in person. A valid email address and mobile number are required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment and receive reminders. Initial consultations are required for all new patients or if you have not been seen for the same condition in over four weeks. Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept EFTPOS, credit card, and private health insurance claims via HICAPS (where applicable). Patients attending under TAC, WorkSafe, DVA, NDIS, or Medicare CDM plans must ensure all relevant documentation and referrals are provided prior to treatment. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early for your appointment, especially if it is your first visit. By booking an appointment, you agree to our cancellation policy and acknowledge the responsibility to attend your scheduled time.
