Appointments and Bookings
Appointments can be made through the online booking system, by phone, or by email.

Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy
We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice where possible.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, may incur a cancellation fee.
If you arrive late, your appointment time may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other patients, and the full consultation fee may still apply.
Fees and Payments
Consultation fees are payable at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
Wu Osteopathy offers rebates through Medicare or private health insurance where applicable. Rebates depend on eligibility and are subject to the policies of the relevant provider.
Patients are responsible for any gap payments not covered by rebates.
Treatment and Clinical Care
Osteopathic treatment involves manual therapy, rehabilitation exercises, and clinical assessment.
While all care is provided in accordance with professional standards, outcomes cannot be guaranteed, as response to treatment varies between individuals.
You will be informed of risks, benefits, and alternatives before treatment is provided, and you may withdraw consent at any time.
